1. Measurement, please measure the length of rail before order. Normally, track length is 50cm more than the window width.

2. Connection, for the delivery reason, any track with length more than 2 meters will be cut to sections under 2 meter, which will be connected by a track connector supplied. It could be 4 meter length without cutting if self picking up at Mount Waverley VIC.

3. Accuracy, all tracks are custom made by personal. It is acceptable that track size has 1-2cm difference.

4. Delivery, 3-5 working days after order confirmation to Melbourne, 5-10 working days deliver to other cities, 10-20 working days to country. Self pickup available at Mount Waverley, Victoria.
